Skills and Attributes Required:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Chef on 30m + MY

  • Excellent time management/execution skills

  • Tidy clean and food safety and hygiene conscious

  • Previous experience with food allergies and dietary restrictions

  • Diversity with all international cuisines

  • Baking and pastry knowledge

  • Professional presentation

Qualifications Required:

  • Culinary Diploma or Certification

  • Ships cook certificate (If you have)

  • STCW(Fully Updated)with PDSD

  • Seafarer's Medical Certificate

  • Food safety and hygiene L2 OR L3

  • Valid B1/B2 Visa Essential
