Head Chef opportunity on a 55m+ Private Motor Yacht

** candidates currently in the South of France or Northern Italy are given first consideration**

Start Date:   by beginning of June

Location:     Mediterranean. Summer cruising with owner and family, winters in the South of France

Package:     Salary in Euros. 38 days leave/year


 Experience and Attributes Required:

Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience on board 50m+ yachts or as Sous chef on larger yachts

Experience with Middle Eastern cuisine and eating habits would be a plus

Strong provisioning and budget experience

Excellent attention to detail, hygiene and food safety

Team player

Qualifications Required:

Ship’s Cook Certificate (preferred)

Food & Hygiene level 2

STCW (all up-dated) with PSA/PDSD

Seafarers’ Medical Certificate 

Seaman’s Discharge Book

Male candidates only due to cabin arrangements
