Italian 2nd Chef required for busy Private 100m+ M/Y

​Middle East/Med itinerary

Start:  Immediate

​Package:   5,250 Euros with 4 on; 2 off rotation (2 flights)

​Qualifications required:

​*  STCW with security awareness or designated security duties certificate

*  Seafarer's Discharge book

​*   Passenger Safety Certificate

​*   Ship's Cook Certificate/Chef qualifications

​*  Level 2  Food safety and hygiene

​Experience and attributes required:

​*  Minimum of 1 years' experience on 80m+ vessels

*  Exceptional culinary knowledge, style and presentation skills including a broad knowledge of itnernational cuisine and techniques

*  Perform duties as directed by Head Chef

​*  Enthusiasm, willingness to learn and a positive attitude

​*   Team player

​*  Attention to detail

​*  Ability to work under pressure and remain calm and courteous at all times

​*  Ability to adapt quickly to change arisinig from the vessel's program/itinerary

​Male only due to cabin arrangements
