Temporary Sous Chef opportunity for 75m Charter M/Y

Start:        ASAP to end of August

Location:   Middle East

Package:   Euro daily rate

Experience and Attributes Required:

* Minimum of 2 years’ experience on board 60m+ yachts as Head Chef including charter experience 

* Exceptional culinary skills, with a vast international repertoire, skillset and technique

* Excellent attention to detail, hygiene and food safety

Qualifications Required:

* Ship's Cook Certificate

* Chef Qualification

* STCW (all updated)

* Security Awareness or Designated Security Duties Certificate

* Seafarer’s Medical Certificate

* Seaman's Discharge Book (essential)

Open to male/female candidates

Non Smoker only and with no visible tattoos
